• Priority & Usage: Your jobs always get first priority. APD may lightly operate the tool during idle time to keep it in peak condition—never at the expense of your work.
• Confidentiality: All process recipes, specs, and data stay fully under your control and are safeguarded by non-disclosure terms.
• Maintenance & Repairs: APD handles routine care. Major repairs/spares are subject to mutual agreement.
• Term & Exit Terms: Either party can end the arrangement with notice. We’ll coordinate your removal or tool handover when done
